Central PA – Rudy still looking for that perfect place! Such a sweet boy. Rudy, by all appearances is like any other young GSD boy. He enjoys car rides, walks, eating, playing and the company of his people.
Rudy, like most GSDs will bond quickly. However, under stress, in unfamiliar surroundings, or exposed to too much stimulus, he becomes confused, skiddish and is at great risk if he gets loose. He is deaf, partially blind in one eye and struggles to keep weight on. He will have an intestinal biopsy on 2/1/17 to give us a more definitive diagnosis.
This boy is looking for the right adopter. The right home, that provides safety, patience, understanding and an ability to provide the dedication necessary to ensure a fulfilling life. He cannot be home alone for 8 hours, needs a fenced yard, daily walks and yard play, no small children, smaller, calm dogs or same size senior dog probably OK. He is special needs and we need to find that perfect match for him to ensure everyone’s happiness.
If you have always longed for child, but couldn’t have one, are an empty nester and miss your kids being near, have raised or worked with special needs children or adults…if you love dogs and see them as family.
